Description: Defendant Santiago ordered Plaintiff to masturbate in front of him on approximately 10 different occasions. She ordered Plaintiff to keep quiet about these interactions and also ordered her to pull back the curtain when she showered. Defendant Ponte and others were aware of the risk of sexual abuse female inmates faced, but did not take the reasonable steps to reduce the substantial risks faced by women. This failure resulted in the Plaintiff becoming a victim of sexual harassment
