Description: On February 18, 2014 PO William Flaherty and other unnamed POs used excessive force to falsely arrest Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was unlawfully confined for a period of approximately 20 hours and subjected to an invasive strip search without justification. Plaintiff suffered physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident.
