Description: On November 13, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully inside of a building, when he was approached and stopped by Warren Cordero, Louis Ferrara, Darlin Padilla, and unknown POs. The Officers then falsely accused him of a crime, seized him, and illegally searched him. After recovering no contraband, the Officers handcuffed him and transported him to the 41st precinct, where he was fingerprinted, photographed, searched, interrogated without counsel and without being given his Miranda rights, and detained. He was further detained for three more days before being released.
