Description: On December 18, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully at the 79th Precinct where she arrived after learning her spouse was arrested. Plaintiff enquired as to the location of her spouse and the spouse's confiscated property. The PO at the front desk told Plaintiff her spouse was not there but Plaintiff called her spouse and heard his cell phone ringing in the precinct. Plaintiff again asked for the location of her spouse and his property. PO Robert Hunter and others then confronted Plaintiff and told her to leave because they were "sick of her mouth." Description: On February 9, 2019, defendant officer Kamron Chase and Juana Ortiz stopped plaintiff for an illegal turn. As plaintiff was speaking to Chase and defendant officer Hunter, Juana entered plaintiff's car from the rear door attempted to place him in a chokehold. Chase and Hunter then grabbed plaintiff and forced him out of his car. Officers assaulted him, sexually abused him, and took him to the 79th precinct where they further sexually assaulted him and held him against his will. Plaintiff was prosecuted based on false statements made by defendant Mark Schroeder and subjected to intimidation tactics by defendants Joe and Terry Napollitano. Two charges against him were dismissed.
