Description: On August 9, 2017, at approximately 7:00 am, Plaintiff was sleeping at his home located at 2186 Reeds Mill Lane, Apt. 3, Bronx, NY 10475 when several New York City Police officers knocked on the door. Plaintiff's mother answered the door and several New York City Police Officers, including defendants Robert Konner and Estefani Cerda, pushed their way into the apartment without permission, consent or displaying a warrant. The officers alleged that on August 1, 2017, in front of 3475 Bivona Street, Bronx, New York, they observed Plaintiff engage in firing a loaded firearm in the direction of his own brother striking him in the abdomen, when they knew such claims to be untrue and complete fabrications.
