Description: On May 25, 2012, Plaintiff James Goldring possessed two unlicensed rifles and one unlicensed shotgun. He accidentally shot his 4 year old. He alleges that NYPD police officers unlawfully searched his premises and destroyed items when he had not consented. Subsequently in July, NYPD Officers Gonzalez, Hospedales, Perullo, Rivera, Ripa, Stallone, Cruz, Kerny, and Post harassed him, his customers, and his business by issuing a large number of minor or nonexistent violations.

Description: On May 10, 2013, Defendant Mejia, driving recklessly, struck Plaintiff with the motor vehicle he was operating for Defendant John Doe Employer, which dragged Plaintiff some distance down the road, and knocked him unconscious.
