Description: Plaintiff was alone in his apartment when he heard a banging on the door. He unlocked the door and gave the Defendant officers consent to enter. Defendant officers broke down the door, threw the plaintiff on the ground, and assaulted him. Defendant officers then searched the apartment. Plaintiff was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges were later dismissed. In a separate incident on 4/21/2005, plaintiff was arrested by defendant officers on the corner of Ten Eyck Walk and Maujer St at 1pm. He was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, and that charge was dismissed.
