Description: On October 23, 2011, the Plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk of a street in Brooklyn when he was approached by Defendant Officer Klein and Jane Doe. Soon after, eight Defendant Officers Johns Doe arrived and aggressively approached him. When he stated that he was was still injured from a recent surgery and urged Defendant Officers not to grab him violently, the Defendant Officers retaliated by punching him in the face and repeatedly kicking him in the ribs after throwing him to the ground. He was then transported to the precinct, where he was held for three hours without access to food.
