Description: On July 27, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully on the streets when he was falsely arrested by Defendant NYPD personnel, including PO Traci Maclaughlin and Sergeant Marco Trujillo. The Defendants personnel then created and submitted an erroneous police report in an effort to cover up the false arrest and initiate a prosecution in bad faith. As a result of these events, Plaintiff suffered both physical and emotional harm.
