Description: On October 20, 2015, plaintiff was inside the New York City Human Resources Administration office. While there, NYPD Officers arrested the plaintiff for unlawful possession of marijuana. During the course fot he arrest, the plaintiff was assaulted and otherwise manhandled by officers, including Chaunex Waithe. Plaintiff needed hospital treatment as a result.
