Description: On October 26, 2013, Plaintiffs Richie, Carmen, and Dennis Rivera, and Enrique Castillo were all involved in an act of police excessive force in their apartment complex to effect a false arrest after an unlawful stop and search by numerous NYPD police officers in King's County.
