Description: On November 13, 2010, Plaintiff was sleeping in his car while waiting for a friend. Defendant Officer Michael Ligani told Plaintiff to get out, then arrested him for drunk driving. Plaintiff admitted to drinking wine and failed a Breathalyzer test at the precinct. Plaintiff was impermissibly held for 48 hours before being released. On June 21, 2012, all charges were dismissed after Plaintiff had attended court about twelve times.
