Description: On or about April 24, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Plaintiff was illegally stopped on his motorcycle by PO Veronica Nickey and/or former PO Alfonso Rodriguez. Plaintiff was then unlawfully detained and arrested without legal justification. A PO, potentially former PO Alfonso Rodriguez placed handcuffs on Plaintiff so tight Plaintiff's wrists turned red then the PO lifted Plaintiff up by the handcuffs. Plaintiff was later forced to seek medical attention for his wrists. Plaintiff was taken into custody, wrongfully held over the course of 3 days, and was maliciously prosecuted with a crime.
