Description: On February 28, 2019, police officers Robert Batistacampusan, John Doe, and John Roe falsely arrested Paulin Utshudi based on racial profiling. Utshudi was lawfully near 1785 Story Ave. of Bronx and was not acting in any suspicious way. The officers, however, without a warrant, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Utshudi excessively despite knowing the lack of justifiable cause of doing so. While being detained, Utshudi was pushed, strip searched and humiliated by the officers.
