Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants arrived at plaintiff's residence and demanded entry. Plaintiff's son opened the door and defendants entered without permission. Defendants ordered plaintiff to accompany them. Plaintiff refused, and defendant Kroski grabbed plaintiff by the arm and threw her to the floor. Defendant Kroski then proceeded punch plaintiff in the face and strangle her. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the 25th precinct. Plaintiff was then transported to a hospital. All charges brought against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.

Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded
to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies. Plaintiff was then arrested, handcuffed and transported to the 25th precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.

Description: On May 17, 2012, plaintiff was driving his truck in East Harlem. Due to construction, he turned his truck to drive the wrong way down a one way street. Realizing his mistake, he attempted to make a U-turn, but he was stopped by defendant NYPD Officers Awilda Marino and Pablo Taveras. Plaintiff tried to apologize for his mistake, but defendant Taveras pulled him from his truck and tried to force him to the ground, while defendant Marino sprayed mace into plaintiff's face. The defendants then began to beat plaintiff, striking him with their fists and with a police baton. Their beating caused plaintiff to lose eight teeth, suffer lacerations to his mouth, sustain a shoulder injury, and receive bruises and cuts all...
