Description: On or about July 24, 2013, Plaintiff was at her plaice of employment when an acquaintance come to Plaintiff's work and began arguing with Plaintiff. The acquaintance punched, slapped, and kicked Plaintiff. Defendant POs arrived and arrested Plaintiff even though Plaintiff had been injured, had visible injuries, and claimed innocence. Plaintiff was arraigned on September 18, 2013 and Plaintiff's case was dismissed on December 3, 2014.
