Complaint
Description: On June 19, 2023 plaintiff was present in Queens, where he was placed under arrest by Police Officer Thomas Corey, Police Officer Scott M. Wrba, Lt. Ming H. Zhang and other police officers. Plaintiff was thereafter placed in handcuffs, detained, incarcerated, and charged for having been in possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Plaintiff was finally released upon issuance of a desk appearance ticket, five days after his arrest.
