Description: On January 5, 2021, P.O. Tabitha Morris approached Plaintiff's vehicle and told her that she could not park in te bus stop area when she was not parked in said bus stop area. P.O. Tabitha Morris then yelled and demanded Plaintiff to move her vehicle, and in response, Plaintiff moved her car but came into slight contact with Morris. Morris then falsely claimed and accused Plaintiff, and Plaintiff called 911 for police assistance. Defendants including P.O. Jeremy Yang then arrived and questioned Plaintiff and her boyfriend, and Praintiff proffered clear video evidence exculpating her from any criminal wrongdoing.
