Description: On May 3, 2019 at approximately 5:00pm at the 105th Precinct, Queens, New York, Plaintiff Saji Kunju was unlawfully arrested for disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise. Plaintiff went into the precinct to retrieve an accident report, after being the victim of a car accident. Plaintiff asked politely to speak with a supervisor regarding amending the accident report, as it was erroneous. He was denied his right to amend the accident report. He asked for a supervisor. At no point did Defendant NYPD Officers, including Sergeant Jude J. Reimbeau, Officer Jowayne D. Meadows, Officer Neil Duggan, and other unnamed officers, call a supervisor.
