Description: On October 16, 2019, around 1:00 AM near East 169 Street and Washington Avenue in the Bronx, NY, the plaintiff was operating a vehicle when he was unlawfully stopped by defendant officer William Leoncano and unidentified officers referred to as John Does. Defendants asked the Plaintiff to get out of the vehicle and searched it without plaintiff's permission or lawful cause. Description: On October 6, 2019, inside 346 East 156 Street, Plaintiff's home, Plaintiff was throwing a seventeenth birthday party for her son when defendants unlawfully entered Plaintiffs apartment, handcuffed her and arrested her. Plaintiff was transported to the 7th precinct. After several hours Plaintiff was transported to Bronx Central Booking. On October 7, 2019 Plaintiff was released from custody after the Bronx DA declined to prosecute.
