Description: On July 20, 2018, Plaintiff was arrested by certain unnamed officers for no reason. Plaintiff was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained in an aggressive and excessive manner. While in custody, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search for no reason. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make multiple court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were terminated against him favorably.
