Description: On March 22, 2014 at approximately 7:00 p.m. Plaintiff was driving with his girlfriend and was stopped by POs Ryan Nash and/or John Does 1-4 without legal justification. POs asked for his license, registration, and insurance and Plaintiff provided his license while his girlfriend, who owned the vehicle, began looking for the other paperwork, which was in the car and valid at the time. POs did not give Plaintiff or his girlfriend appropriate time to look for the paperwork and ordered Plaintiff out of the vehicle after approximately 1 minute.
