Description: On or about February 4th, 2013 inside of the residence of Plaintiff Andrae Prince at 331 Beach 32nd Street, Queens, NY, the plaintiff opened the door and was informed by both defendant officer Susan Jordan and an unnamed defendant officer that they were looking for one of the plaintiff's acquaintances. The plaintiff's acquaintance exited the residence to speak with the defendant officers. After about approximately ten (10) minutes, the defendant aggressively entered the plaintiff's residence (without a warrant, permission or probable cause), pushed the plaintiff and then handcuffed him tightly behind his back, causing bruising and numbness to his wrists and hands.
