Description: On November 15, 2013 the plaintiff was in the vicinity of 1151 Willmohr Street in Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff owns the home at this address. The plaintiff lives in the basement and rents the upper floors. Plaintiff received a phone call from his tenant explaining that police officers had gone through a closed gate and entered the backyard. As plaintiff approached his property the officers, Stan Nova, Vasily Ignatov and other unnamed officers were in the front of his house. Plaintiff explained he was the landlord of the property and wished to enter. The officers told the plaintiff he was not allowed to enter, when he asked why the officers told him to "shut up".
