Description: On January 13, 2020, police officers Shunyin Chan (Sheild No. 28278), Chiwai Wong (Sheild No. 19582), and other police officers stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized and searched, and arrested plaintiff. Tight handcuffs were used and the officers ignored plaintiff’s request to lose them. Plaintiff was strip searched and interrogated without being Mirandized.
