Description: On November 10, 2012 Plaintiff was at a lounge with his girlfriend and brothers when his girlfriend handed him a credit card to order more drinks. Plaintiff attempted to order but the card was declined and Plaintiff returned the card to his girlfriend. Plaintiff, his girlfriend, and his brothers were subsequently arrested by POs Damien Drisco and John Doe. POs applied handcuffs too tightly, causing pain to Plaintiff. Plaintiff was wrongfully incarcerated for approximately 36 hours and compelled to attend court 5 times until the case was dismissed on July 18, 2013.
