Description: On February 24, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside a premises in Brooklyn when he was falsely accused of crimes he never committed, assaulted/battered and falsely arrested by Defendant police officers including ALI HAMMUTOGLU, GIOVANY DIEGUE, JALEESA ARRINGTON, MEGHAN TAMAO, JOHN VENTURA, and RAFAEL ZALDIVAR. In addition, defendants engaged in falsification of documents and reports and maliciously prosecuted the Plaintiff. On June 24, 2021, all charges were dismissed and sealed.
