Description: On August 30, 2022, while lawfully operating his motor vehicle at the intersection of Beekman Place and Flatbush Avenue in Kings County, NY, the Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped by the defendant officers who demanded his license and registration. Despite the Plaintiff's compliance, the officers yelled at him, battered, assaulted, and dragged him out of his car, falsely arresting him in an excessive manner. They applied excessively tight handcuffs, causing him extreme pain, and those officers present but not physically involved failed to intervene.
