Complaint
Description: On or about November 2, 2013 PO Timothy Earley and other unnamed officers forcibly detained Plaintiff and kept him in custody for approximately 5 hours. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted on the false charge of "unlawfully dealing with a child in the second degree." Plaintiff was forced to make several court appearances to defend against the false charge until it was dismissed on March 17, 2014. Plaintiff was damaged as a result of this incident.
