Defendant Police Officers Brian Diaz, Merughia Etman, Alrazina Habib, John Doe, and John Roe, without an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner.
