Description: On July 20, 2019 in the area of East 170th Street and Sheridan Avenue at approximately 12:37 a.m. Plaintiff was illegally targeted because of his race by POs Christopher Martinez and John or Jane Doe 1-10. POs illegally stopped, questioned Plaintiff regarding illegal activity, and accused Plaintiff of disorderly conduct. POs conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff by rifling through his pockets and patting him down all over. POs forcibly grabbed Plaintiff and violently contorted his arms so metal handcuffs could be applied, ignoring Plaintiff's subsequent requests for the handcuffs to be loosened and resulting in bruising and swelling.
