On April 13, 2002, [redacted] was sitting on the stoop of her home, located at [redacted] in the Bronx, when Lieutenant DeEntremont, Sergeant Melendez, and Officers Roman and Finn instructed the people on the block, including [redacted] to move. When [redacted] argued, Lieutenant DeEntremont said, "mind your business you three teeth bitch." [redacted] continued to talk and refused to move and was arrested [redacted]
On April 15, 2002, [redacted] was standing in front of her building when the same four officers drove by and Sergeant Melendez, who was sitting in the back seat, gave [redacted] the middle finger through the car window. [redacted]
