[redacted] said that on July 14, 2002 she was in her home and had just exited the bathroom when she heard a knock at her front door. [redacted] went to the door and asked, "Who is it?" She heard a male voice respond, "Ma'am can you open the door? I want to talk to you." [redacted] replied, "Talk to me about what?" The male replied, "Just open the door, I want to talk to you." [redacted] gave her information and was transferred to IAB. While on the phone with IAB she was told to ask the male at the door for his precinct and badge number. She did so and repeated the answers into the phone. The male at her door asked, "Who are you talking to?" [redacted] replied, "I am on the phone with the cops." At this point [redacted] heard keys in the door and saw the lock turn. She turned the lock and locked the door again while yelling,...
