On January 31, 2003, [redacted] and [redacted] were arrested on the corner of St. John's Place and Albany Avenue in Brooklyn for [redacted] [redacted] was uncooperative with the investigation, and [redacted] was unavailable. [redacted] alleged that an officer, identified through the investigation as PO John Acconi of the 77th Precinct Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit, pulled her arm while she was rear handcuffed, causing pain (Allegation B) and that a female officer, PO Kathleen Grant, also used excessive force against her (Allegation A). [redacted] her mother, [redacted] and aunt, [redacted] made discourtesy allegations against specific officers (Allegations C, D, E, F, G).
