On March 6, 2003, at approximately 11:00 PM, officers responded to [redacted] in Brooklyn, after receiving a call indicating that [redacted] was being held against her will. According to [redacted] when the officers arrived, they entered and searched her apartment. [redacted] further stated that PO Cesar Dorado and Sgt. David Stein used physical force against [redacted] the father of her child.
