At approximately 12:49AM on May 11, 2003, [redacted] called 911 to report that [redacted] was missing property. Officer Joseph Bonner and Officer Michael Radosta responded to 36th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan. [redacted] held a suspect, who was later identified as [redacted] PO Bonner interviewed [redacted] and [redacted] and prepared a complaint report.
