On 4/23/03 [redacted] was arrested for [redacted] on [redacted] in the Bronx. She further alleged that as she was being placed in an police car, Officer Goldreyer, also of PSA-7, told her "get in the car, you fucking animal" (Allegation B). Officer Demonte admitted that he used force against [redacted] and struck her in the face. [redacted]
On 5/29/03 [redacted] and [redacted] got into a physical fight outside of [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] who was romantically involved with both women, was also present and tried to separate the two women. Officers Goldreyer, Demonte and Flower of PSA-7 came to the scene and arrested all three parties. Force was used in the arrests. He alleged that Officer Flower used force against [redacted] (Allegation C), Officer Goldreyer used force against [redacted] (Allegation D), an unidentified officer used a chokehold against [redacted] (Allegation E) Officer Demonte used force against [redacted] (Allegation F), Officer Goldreyer used force against [redacted] (Allegation G) and an unidentified officer spoke rudely to [redacted] (Allegation H).
