Summary

On October 14, 2003, [redacted] a [redacted] -old Black male from [redacted] 1, fled from a team of 105th Precinct anti-crime officers when they pulled their RMP next to the parked car in which he was sitting [Allegation A]. [redacted] dropped a gun as he ran down a sidewalk, then cut into backyards and hid between a shed and a fence. The anti-crime officers called for backup, and officers from a number of units searched the backyards. When they found [redacted] PO Michael Edmonds (a uniformed officer from the 105th Precinct) and anti-crime supervisor Sgt. Mark Holochuck pointed their guns at him [Allegations B and C].
