Summary

[redacted] stated that she is having an ongoing dispute with her neighbor, [redacted]. [redacted] explained that she has filed numerous complaints against [redacted]. The two have gone to court, and have been ordered to stay a certain number of feet away from each other. [redacted] stated thats [redacted] coerces children to stand beneath her window and shout, "Penis", as well as shout, "How much do you charge," causing severe emotional trauma.
On November 20, 2003, [redacted] traveled to the 108th Precinct to file another complaint against [redacted]. She gave a brief statement to [redacted]. She stated that [redacted] was extremely kind to her. She then gave [redacted] four photographs that showed bruising on [redacted]s breasts that were related to a physical altercation with [redacted]. [redacted] took these photographs and gave them to another individual. [redacted] then became worried that the officers stole her photographs. She asked [redacted] for the photographs, however [redacted] told [redacted] that she could get them later. She gave [redacted] a pink slip of paper (said paper was a voucher receipt that stated that the 108th Precinct vouchered the photographs as part of an ongoing investigation). Sgt. Jeffrey Schiff then approached [redacted] and tried to explain what happened to the pictures. [redacted] pleaded with Sgt. Schiff to return her photographs. Eventually Sgt. Schiff began to yell at [redacted] and said, "if you don't get out of here, I'll arrest you." [redacted] then said, "if you want to arrest me, place handcuffs on me." Sgt. Schiff eventually left, and then [redacted] left the precinct without her photographs. She eventually obtained them at a later date. Read report for details.
