[redacted] stated that on April 2, 2005 officers entered and searched her place of business at [redacted] (Allegations A and B). [redacted] asked one of the officers to identify himself and he refused (Allegation C). [redacted] stated that when she asked one of the officers why they were there and if they had a search warrant the officer (PO1) pushed her (Allegation D). [redacted] also stated that the other officer (PO2) pushed her and caused her to fall to the ground (Allegation E). PO1 was later identified as Sgt. Eric Delman and PO2 was identified as PO Philip Ditto. Read report for details.
