On July 27, 2005, [redacted] called the CCRB to make the following complaint. [redacted] stated that at approximately 9:30PM on July 27, 2005, an officer (PO1) instructed another officer (PO2) to handcuff and detain [redacted]s eldest son, [redacted] (Allegation A), and frisk him (Allegation B). PO1 then entered and searched the [redacted] family's home at [redacted] (Allegation C). During the incident, a third officer (PO3) came into the house and told PO1 that he was in the wrong house. The officers then left [redacted] and released [redacted] Before the officers left the scene, [redacted] asked PO1 to identify himself and he refused to do so (Allegations D). Read report for details.
