On September 23, 2005, [redacted] was at home with her boyfriend, [redacted] her associates, [redacted] and [redacted] and her son, [redacted]'s other son, [redacted] was outside with his friends, [redacted] and [redacted]. At approximately 9:00PM, [redacted] was in her bedroom when she heard someone banging on her rear door, which is adjacent to the kitchen. Suddenly, [redacted] saw 2-3 male police officers run straight through her apartment (allegation A) and out the front door and they had damaged her back door in the process (allegation B). [redacted] stated that two male officers in uniform had their guns drawn (allegation C) when they initially entered through the rear door. [redacted] went outside and spoke with Sergeant Carlos Fabara, who identified himself as the officer in charge and provided his name to her upon her request. Sgt. Fabara informed [redacted] that the officers were looking for someone with a gun. [redacted] stated that Sgt.
