On January 17, 2006, at approximately 1:20 A. M., inside of [redacted] apartment in Brooklyn, [redacted] and her son, [redacted] were asleep in [redacted] apartment and were the only people inside of that apartment. [redacted] and [redacted] were awakened by the sound of buzzing at the intercom. [redacted] learned from [redacted] that the police were at the door.
At that point, [redacted] heard the sound of banging and kicking at her door. [redacted] asked who was at her door and she was told that it was the police. [redacted] also said that she heard the voice of P. O. Joseph J.
