from the following events: on 2/15/2006, [redacted] was moving into [redacted] apartment at [redacted] parked his car in a bus lane in front of the building, and the two men brought some packages upstairs. When they returned to the car, they were stopped by a unmarked police car containing Officer Leo Nugent, Officer Jaime Pedraza, and Officer Stacyann Black, all of the 46th Precinct. All three officers participated in frisking and [redacted] (allegations B, C and D), and Officer Pedraza allegedly searched [redacted] (allegation E) while Officer Black allegedly searched [redacted] (allegation F).
