Summary

On April 26th, 2006, at about 11:45 PM, [redacted] left his residence of [redacted] in Brooklyn with his friend, [redacted]. Both individuals got inside [redacted] vehicle, which is a gray, 2-door, 1993 Mazda MX6. [redacted] was planning on driving [redacted] to his home on [redacted], which is about a ten-minute drive from [redacted] residence. [redacted] vehicle was parked on the street in a legal parking space in front of [redacted] residence. [redacted] was in the driver's seat and [redacted] was in the passenger seat. [redacted] started the car and waited about two minutes to let it warm up.
As they were sitting inside the vehicle, a black Chevy Impala drove down the street, passed [redacted] vehicle, and then stopped alongside the door of the vehicle parked in front of [redacted]. The Impala then reversed back and stopped alongside [redacted] vehicle. The vehicle then reversed further and parked behind [redacted] vehicle. Four white male officers exited the vehicle and approached [redacted] vehicle. [redacted] turned off his vehicle's ignition. PO #1 is a white male (upon filing this complaint, [redacted] described this officer as an Italian-looking male), late 20s, 5'10", 220 lbs., wearing a hooded sweatshirt and jeans, whom the CCRB later identified as PO Robert Martinez, then of the 63rd Precinct. PO #2 is a white male, 6'1", brown hair, slim build, wearing navy blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans, later identified by the CCRB as PO Terrence Cane, then of the 63rd Precinct. PO #3 is a white male, sergeant, late 40s, 5'9", wearing a dark jacket, later identified by the CCRB as PO Daniel Buonagurio of the 63rd Precinct. PO #4 is a white male, in plainclothes; [redacted] could not provide any more details concerning PO #4's appearance and the CCRB was unable to identify him.
