Summary

On August 2, 2006, at approximately 1:45 AM, officers knocked on [redacted]s apartment door located at [redacted] in Manhattan because of a 911 complaint made by [redacted]s neighbor [redacted] against [redacted] regarding noise disturbance. [redacted] opened his door asked the officers what they wanted, and then slammed the door on the officers. After [redacted] refused to open the door when the officers knocked a second time, PO Eric Robinson and PO Joe Frazier entered [redacted]s apartment through the fire escape window shared by [redacted] and [redacted] (allegation A and B). The officers allegedly damaged [redacted]s property while inside of his apartment (allegations C and E) and one of the officers cursed at [redacted] telling him that they "fucking got in."
