At 9:36PM on November 29, 2006, IAB officers spoke with [redacted] via telephone. He stated that on November 27, 2006, two white male officers in plainclothes stopped him (Allegations A and B), pushed him up against a wall and started punching him as he exited the elevator and entered the lobby of [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations C and D). The officers, identified through investigation as Sgt. James Hansen and PO Sean Carlton of the 61st Precinct, then threw [redacted] to the floor and kicked him. One of the officers choked [redacted] causing him to defecate on himself (Allegation E). The officers then placed [redacted] in handcuffs. Because they believed that [redacted] had swallowed narcotics, the officers called for an ambulance. As [redacted] was being led from the lobby of the building and toward the ambulance, he saw an officer, identified through investigation as PO ####### Harrison of the 61st Precinct, enter and search his vehicle (Allegation F).
