On January 15, 2007, at about 7:55am, [redacted] at [redacted] including [redacted] and [redacted] were standing inside the public bus stop outside [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] and [redacted] Three members of the 88th Precinct anti-crime team, Sgt. Melissa Eger, Officer Kenneth Juart, and Officer Frank Liuzzi, drove by in an unmarked car, made a U-turn and stopped their car in front of the bus stop and got out and questioned the boys (allegation a).
