Although PO Rivera was identified through a physical description and the 44th Precinct roll call, [redacted] and [redacted] provided non-specific and contradictory descriptions of the other two subject officers. PO Rivera and another possible subject officer, PO Danilo Mercik, both denied the incident occurred, and there was no police documentation of the encounter.
