Summary

On February 24, 2007, at about 6:00 PM, [redacted] and her friend, [redacted] were walking near [redacted] Place and [redacted] Avenue in the Bronx. Officer Derrick Lambert and Officer Ruben Velazquez stopped [redacted] and [redacted] (allegation A) in response to a radio transmission from Officer Juan Mora. Officer Lambert allegedly searched [redacted] as Officer Velazquez searched [redacted] (allegations B and C). Officer Velazquez allegedly threatened to use force against [redacted] and refused to provide his shield number to [redacted] (allegations D and E). [redacted] were transported to the 44th Precinct stationhouse and allegedly strip-searched by two unidentified officers (allegation F). [redacted] and [redacted] were charged [redacted]. On July 13, 2007, at about 2:30 PM, near the intersection of [redacted] Avenue and [redacted] Street in the Bronx, [redacted] was stopped by Officer Velazquez, Officer Lambert, and Officer Jeannette Rivera (allegation G) in response to a radio transmission from Officer Mora. Officer Velazquez searched [redacted] 's purse as Officer Jeannette Rivera frisked [redacted], searched her pants pockets, and directed her to lift her blouse above her brassiere (allegations H, I, J, and K). [redacted] 's father, approached the officers and Officer Lambert allegedly threatened to arrest him (allegation L).
